I just got an act labs with the shifter to supposedly replace my MS force
feedback because all the reviews said that act labs was better and stronger
force feedback. So far its been the opposite the wheel is not as comfortable
as MS and the only sim I running Nascar 3 the forces are almost no existant
compared to the MS wheel, Am I missing something?  I was kind of expecting
more considering the higher price than MSFF. Is there anything I can do, Id
hate to return shipping lol.  Id like to me that reviewer who said he almost
ripped off his arms with the act labs so I can rip his arms off for  him :)

I suggest you call Act Labs support to work out the problem you are having
as my Force RS works as advertised.

Go to Act Labs site for support.  You will find mods to put in the N3.ini
file that will strengthen the force to your liking.

i am not totally satisfied with my act labs wheel either . but i would
suggest you check your n3 readme file. it has info about the force feedback
settings that you need to put in your n3.ini file that is located in your
nascar 3 folder. also if you check act labs site i believe they have some
info on this. this is the lines i have in mine right now. you can adjust the
numbers for more or less feedback. you can also adjust it in the control
panel. good luck. also try some other games and see if they work better than
n3.

FORCE_SCALE_PERCENT 200
FORCE_DAMPING_PERCENT 50

copy and paste these lines into your n3.ini file
