Grand Prix Legends will yes support multiplayer racing like any other
Papyrus title.

At this time the official news are modem-modem IPX up to 8 drivers.

It is also said that TCP/IP will in fact be included in the title with
"maybe" 16 possible humans.

 Now thats a little unfair. In fact using 2 P2 400 mhz machines connected by
a serial cable and with all the graphics options off you can get quite
playable 2 player races.
