Is there going to be a patch that comes with the track pack?
It's unknown unless you ask a test, but there probebly will be enhancements
accurding to the record books of past track packs.

Not so much, really. There are 2 versions on the disk:
1) the new BGN executable, which has the currently available
patches built into it
2) a new version of the original release which has all the
patches and one more fix to allow you to have more than 30
tracks (12 (from BGN) + 19 (N2) tracks = 31 tracks)
its listed as 29.95
How much is the track pack going to be?
