Sounds like your DRIVERS.TXT file is set for read-only access. I seem to
recall that the new patch does this. Go to the carset directory (CARS95?)
and type:

    ATTRIB -r *.*

That should set everything to r/w access again.

Howdy,

ICR2, i go into edit player, change the name to my info,
exit and get the error "Can't write to player file" or
something like that. I installed to harddrive so I am not
useing CDROM.
Any ideas?

Sounds like the read only attribute is set. Use ATTRIB *.* -R to turn it
off.

Change the file attribute of all the ICR2 files so they are not read-only.  
that solved the problem for me.
