Track Organiser Help Please

by istof » Mon, 10 Dec 2001 22:11:33

hi,

i had the same problem.

a possible problem is that the format of the file might be slightly
messed up.  i had a similar problem.  i used ultraedit to convert the
file to dos text file format (or was it unix?) and then it loaded up
fine.  also i think the editor out there is sensitive to the spaces
between tracks.  so after each track leave just one blank line before
the next.  often when cutting and pasting the track sections you can
easily have an extra blank line in.

try the second solution first.

the track editor i was using was written in VB and had that problem.
i made one in delphi which worked around most text file
inconsistencies, but its not for release(lousy interface, superceded
by GEM+, etc).

hope this helps
