I just attached the patch to the indy track. When I went into the game
Indy had blue pavement. I have heard about this and I also have heard
that there is a fix. Sombody please help me out.

Simple. You just unzip the archive to the nascar/tracks/indy dir. DO NOT
run the
patch. The zip file somebody posted here has already been patched.
