Every time I startup Gp3 I get the message if I want to calibrate the
graphics on this machine.
I already calibrated the game, but he keeps giving me this message.
System runs Windows ME with ASUS Geforce 2 MX400 and the ASUS v11.01c
drivers. Gp3 patched to v1.13
Anyone know's a solution?

In the list of 3D adapters in the GP3 graphics setup, is the
Geforce listed twice?
IIRC, you may have to recalibrate once more after applying this
fix.
Anyway, try this out and of course backup the registry first :)
Go To:
HKEY_LOCAL_MaCHINE/SOFTWARE/NVIDIA Corporation/Global/System/
create new DWORD TwinViewDisabled
then give it value of 1.
It fixed mine.
