rFactor: clutch setup?

In rFactor, it recognizes and show calibration of my clutch pedal, but
the clutch is always engaged.  I have all the help turned off, but I can
still take off in 1st gear with the clutch pedal pressed or not.

Where is the setting I am missing to get a functioning clutch?

I think the autoclutch overrides by default.
Don't think you can do something about it in the MP demo, but I trust this
will be fixed in the final version.
