RASCAR Roster Update

by John Simmon » Mon, 29 Apr 2002 03:59:38

No more adjustments will be made to the roster until AFTER today's
races.

The last person added today was someone named kosmo.  Kosmo, if you're
readin this, you gotta give me your name, sierra id, and country (I
already know your car number).

You've got my country down wrong, I'm from the UK not the USA.

Of course, on the good side, you can cop an attitude aout everything
with everyone, and be justified in doing so because you're (temporarily)
a citizen of the US... :)

RASCAR has really taken off this past week for some reason.

Thanks John, Phil, and Eldred for organizing everything and providing the
server.

I guess the only problem we might have is that some people could get shut
out of filled race. :-o

That should just provide incentive to get there on time for the race.
:)

I don't have a problem with that. :)

Ah, it's probably all the degaheads coming out <g>. That's not me, and
in fact I really dislike the plate tracks. But I've been looking for a
reason to join some of your races, and it's *** rainy day here.

For those who don't know me, I've been online racing since the beta
days of Hawaii, and carry an LPI of 250+

Ironic isn't it...  think it was actually him (87 car) and some other fellow
who started what eventually took me out  :-/

Oh well, better luck next time I guess...
(may I suggest "moderate damage" for the next SS (only!) race ?  Practicing
and tests and God knows what, only to be taken out of the contention on the
first lap -  is not my idea of fun -  whilch i thought this was supposed to
be.)

Like Tony Stewart at Daytona, blew a motor on lap 2, should they have red flagged it so they could change the motor so he could get
back in it??  Im sure he had a shot at winning............

From my replay, it looked like a few cars bumped each other going into T3
and ended up causing the wreck you got caught up in. Bad luck.

That covers me too. The RASCAR timeslot is not too good for me unless the
rain is coming down and that happened to be today.

Don't you know it! Only thing worse than the weather is the road
construction.
