Does anybody know how to get the engine sound all the time that you
get after you knock a door off?  I love hearing the louder gruffy
sound rather than the meek whimpering of the in-car sound. I don't
care if it's not realistic, I just like the louder sound.  Guess I'll
have a look at the files.

I've thought the same thing. That's why I hit the trees -- to hear the
"no door" sound! Yeah, that's it... ;-)
