I've noticed that the UK tends to be backwards when it comes to any form of mass
communication beyond the printing press.  It's really rather surprising that Her
Royal Majesty permits her subjects on the internet, really.

That's not a flame, just an observation.

Really?  In certain (commercial) areas, you'd be hard pressed to tell.

Then there's America - 57 channels and nothing on.
