Recently installed XP on a new system, and can no longer take screenshots in
GPL... It creates the sequentially numbered files in the GPL folder (
GPLss01.pbf , GPLss02.pbf ) but the files are empty - the size is 0kb.
????? Can anyone shed some light on why? Is there a setting in XP
that has to be turned on or something?

It's not an XP thing. It's to do with the videocard in your new system which
probably uses D3D. GPL can't save screenshots in D3D mode. You can make
screenshots using a seperate utility called ClipGrab, which is probably
linked from GPL++ (www.gplpp.com).

FRAPS utility works with XP to take screenshots of GPL using D3D as
well.
