Hey....Whoever you were, put another post in here....there are a couple of
us who would be willing to contribute (once I get some good crashes saved,
that is).
I did save a funny thing last night on nascar...martinsville
track (The only one that works on my demo CD....I hope my T1 and full CD
and track pack get here soon), using whichever TV shot has the camera
pointing down the back straight...you see me bashing it up in traffic, and
me starting to spin....the pack goes on by, and then a couple seconds
later you see me (all by my little ole lonesome self) going the wrong way
into the pits and taking out one of the cars parked in there at about 75
MPH...I replayed it and it brought to mind the image of Beavis (as in
Beavis and Butthead) driving that car....huh..huhhuh....huhhuhuh..that was
COO...heh..hehheh...yeah...I killed that one...
I had a blast smashing up lots and lots of cars...it's too bad that the
drivers don't get PO'd and bash back into you..heh
Running the wrong way is a kick...don't worry..I'm not some sick
puppy..I'm just waiting for the full dealbefore I get serious with it.
"I'm Ned Jarrett.....From Papyrus, this is NASCAR Demolition Derby"
heehee
OH..just thought of something...on the high speed tracks (Daytona, Dover,
Talladega, etc) do the cars act as though they have the anti-blowover flap
on them? or can you get the car out of shape and roll it about 17
gazillion times? Are NFS style crashes (the car goes somersauting and
cartwheeling) possible? or is gravity just too strong in the game?
For those of you who find this kind of defying physics enjoyable and
humorous, check out http://www.racesimcentral.net/~mwilgus.
it's a truly humorous page set up by someone who had too much time and
too little supervision.
