I am having a problem connecting to the Hawaii service and other modem
racers with my modem.  My dealer says to jumper the modem for com port 4,
IRQ3; the manufacturer says to leave it as it is (Com port 2, IRQ3). The
dealer says comport 2 is conflicting with the plug-and-play IRQ. Does
anyone know how to fix this problem? I can't join up anywhere until I get
