tell them they had stopped billing me for their basic service, but their reps
were so befuddled they repeatedly said, "We don't have you listed." Eventually
I stopped bothering and when I wanted to upgrade to Speedvision I called, told
them AGAIN that they were not billing me, and that I would like to upgrade to
their digital service. They sent out a cable repair guy, and I'm now back on
their rolls. I AM an ethical person, I do not deliberately pirate software or
cable service, but I only have so much time in my busy schedule (I'm a busy
physician who doesn't get to watch much television anyway) to correct the
actions of incompetents!
