MANAGEMENT GAME WANTED

I'm searching for a shareware game, probably by Wizard of Scotland
in which you can manage a grand prix racing team. Any info would
be appreciated, particularly if you can give me a ftp/website where i can
collect it.  I don't know how to use BBS although i do have a few numbers.
Any help in how to use them would also apreciated.  You can either respond
