Just to let everyone know:

I recently bought a T2 for about 120 (heard you can get it cheaper bummer),
and since I have read some stories about the springs and such breaking and the
stories that go along with them like, I emailem em and I never heard bak etc...

Well I race just about everynight so I decided to take some pre-emtive action.

WWW page and within one day I had a reply back stating that I will have some
new springs sent to me in the mail, and in fact that they were on the way!

I think this is great response and I enjoy the fact that the company is
willing to go the extra step to satisy ME their customer..

I'll add to that I e-mailed them with a problem I had just Three days
ago, my wife just called me here at work to tell me that I got parts
from them.  

Can't Beat that!

I'm French and I was searching for the adapter to use my T1 with NFS,
Nobody in France was able to sell it to me! They don't even have heard
about it!! Poor little country!!
I sent an Email to Thrustmaster, they reply in two days, telling me it
was send ASAP, witn no money charge, like they do in the U.S!!
One little week later, I find it in my postal box!!

I just wanted to post something about the excellent customer service that
Thrustmaster offers.  My joystick broke the other night and it was way
past warranty but i mailed them and they had replied saaying that the new
parts were in the mail.  Keep up the work guys.
