I just found this new thing on 3DFiles.   It is a new TCP/IP driver or
somthing

Anyone know if this is worth getting???   I have crappy DUN and it says it
only helps Cable / DSL / LPB's  :-)

From what I read at the Microsoft page, it's only helps "high delay" ISP's
such as satellite.  I don't think that cable and DSL are in that category.
BTW, DSL and cable are not mentioned anywhere on the patch page.
