I couldn't state the time in UTC because I wouldn't know the difference myself.

Probably not a problem for Asbj?rn as he's indicated to being futher up the
timezone ladder, but in Europe this means 3pm (i.e. afternoon). The snag, of
course, being that May 28th is not a public holiday in Europe. You couldn't
possibly start at 2pm EST (8pm Central European Summer Time / 7pm British
Summer Time)?

Silly me - I didn't realize it wasn't a holiday in Europe.  Yes, 2pm EST is
very possible.
