The Act Labs RS Shifter is supposed to be supported by Viper Racing and
NFS5, but I'm guessing they mean where you can shift from any gear to
another without sequentially rowing through the gears. Does anyone know if
the shifter could be used with Nascar3, SCGT, and GPL by sequential
shifting?

The RS Shifter can be used for SCGT, if you have the 1.551 patch installed.
