T2 Steering Erratic

The precision of the steering in my T2 wheel has deteriorated over time.  If
I move my wheel just slightly left the car jerks to the right.

Can someone suggest if I can maintenance my wheel to correct this problem
and/or possibly suggest a web sight for I description on how to fix the
problem

My T2 steering has deteriorated over time.  It has a tendency to jerk the
car to the right.  Is there maintenance I can do to correct this problem?
