It seems that MPS's entire view on customer support and handling has changed
drastically since it was bought up by Spectrum Holobyte some years ago.
I remember a time when MPS was a brand of quality, brilliant support and brilliant titles. But after the takeover by SH, it seems they don't give a shit
anymore. Take Grand Prix Manager for instance. The first game was so full of bugs that it made the game unplayable!! But, instead of making patches to fix all those bugs, they made a new game, Grand Prix Manager 2, which in essence is the
same game, only with the buggs fixed. So you had to buy a WHOLE NEW GAME just to get the bugfixes!! I mean, come on!
Unless they change their entire attitude to their customers, I am NEVER going to buy another MPS product. And yes, I will rather use pirated software. I'm not
going to loose any sleep over a company that doesn't give a *** either way.
Why should I care if they don't??
