End it all application

I shut down all but explorer, systray, my Thrustmapper software, and Norton
Anti-Virus (as others have said, stepping on Norton with this tool causes
problems).  After exiting End-it-All, I now right-click on the Norton icon
in the task bar and select "Disable".  Never have had mid-race or shutdown
issue since.
