NR2 Driver skills

I would like to adjust some of the driver's skills to certain types of
tracks. Like say Rudd running well at road courses and maybe not so
well a talla. I would like to know what each of the different skill
catagories effects(aggressiveness, car drag, car power, car handling).
I would really appreciate any help!

Thanks,

Doug

You might look for a utility that's floating around on most of the N2 web
pages called YADR, that allows you to modify the driver's skill for each
different type of track so you can have Rusty run well at short tracks and
suck at restrictor plate tracks.  It works pretty well and the
documentation is not crystal clear but after you start playing with it, it
makes some sense.  I would recommend it.

This information is "to the best of my knowledge":

aggressiveness -- how hard a driver will "work" to protect his/her
position and to some degree how hard he/she will push to pass.  Higher
the numbers the more aggressive the driver.

drag -- from past Papy sims this usually relates to qualifying.  The
higher the numbers the more drag, causing slower qualifying speeds.

power -- straight away speed, higher the numbers produces better
speeds.

handling -- ability of the car to hold the track while turning.  Again
the higher the numbers the better the car will handle.  Use this number
to better a car/driver to tackle road courses.

The sim will take a number between the range for the performance in each
session.
