I was wondering is there a no-cd patch for F1C 99-02?
And can you also patch the game with all the great mods out there like
gtr and alfa 147?

There should be nocd's available. Try blackhole or speedsims. The old
mods that worked with F1 2002 CAN be made to run with F1 C, but not simply
by installing them. You have to do some text editing. At least one fellow
has converted GTR over, but I haven't been able to check that out. Virtua
Lemans, RSDG, Racing Revolution, SSM all are already working on F1 C based
mods.
