Did someone at Amazon blow it and misattribute it to Sierra instead of
Empire?  That would be a big mistake.

Not really they're owned by the same company.

Cleverly enough, the "Upcoming Titles" tab on the "Sports Games" page of
Sierra's website only returns an error message... as far as Amazon
making a mistaken attribution, it's not too likely -- one of the big
headlines at Sierra news is that Amazon is now Sierra's e-commerce partner.

BTW, please let's not compare Papyrus to the West Bros. Comparing the two is
like comparing TRAC to NASCAR. Sure, they have a good idea but we haven't
seen anything we could put our hands on yet. I wouldnt even put the Wests in
the Gerhard Lingenberg, Neil Jedrzejewski category yet.

Vivendi are the US Distributor for Empire

Vivendi own Sierra.

Nothing to suggest a change of publisher etc etc.

1953 i believe... could've been '63...
:O)
Anyway, for me, WSC doesn't exist until the day I can pick it up in the
store and take it home. I don't want to think about it until that day
comes - I've got plenty of stuff on my hands already with N4 and GPL - I
don't need more sims right now.

As it so happens, I've got a copy of the original press release (cost

Printed by Thos. Kempe, at the figne of the Pigge, Vapour Yarde,

So, we're doing quite well - it's not even 400 years late yet...
