Maybe you could tell that cousin of your's to tell us all about that
patch. If he's got a patch, he must have written it himself. And
that would make him a rich guy. I've got a Monster 3D and a P166, and
Monaco ain't smooth at all. And I doubt you cousin's setup is any
faster. Then again, I could be wrong, usually I'm not.

As I didn't resort to using abusive language, and I was not derogatory to
the questioner, How was my message rude?

And as my reply was correct and to the point in answering the question,
why am I an *****?

This question has been asked many, many times. If more people took the
time to read these newsgroups to see if their questions have already been
answered, or to see if it is covered by a faq, there would be more
bandwidth for new, and as yet, un discussed topics.

Do you think your comment was constructive?
Did it answer the question?
Do you think *you* were rude?
Are *you* an ***?

Aha, as far as I am aware there are no patches to enhance 3D features, as
stated as my previous reply, However.....

If your cousin had an older graphics card, and has *upgraded* to a newer
faster card, that *may* have improved 2D performance, especially if the
card has more memory than the old card.

In this case you will see improved frame rates, better vga/svga
performance, and lower cpu percentages. However, none of these give
improved 3D performance as gp2 is *not* a 3D game, and has no 3D code to
be improved.
