Does anyone know of a patch to get rid of the outer Pit Wall in Vegas?

I've been to several races there - Winston Cup(twice), Winston West, Busch,
IRL, Superbikes, etc.  and have never seen a pit wall between the Pits and
the grass.  Not even a temporary wall.

Has anyone with some track editing knowledge gotten rid of this thing?
