Hmm dunno if been a bit hasty but was fed up no slots free for my isdn
TA (hence unable to play VROC) so i binned my SLI voodo2's for a
viper700 RivaTNT2. Cant get any sort of decent display res in GPL now
am i stuffed?

No, you are not stuffed, there is a OpenGL patch for it, release by Papyrus
that will be able to run it in good frame rates out of the Software Render
mode which is what I use over here.  In either case, you can get his patch
at http://www.theuspits.com and I also believe http://www.papy.com/
