I don't know "how it is" because I can't even tell WHAT it is! It's a
zip file containing about 25 other zip files, and not even a ***y
readme file to tell you what the hell it's all about. I looked at a
couple of the sub-zip files and they had various EXE programs, also
mostly without readme files. And of course, I won't run stange,
undocumented and unexplained EXE files I've downloaded from the net so
I have no idea what they do.
For all I know it's a useful patch, but whoever put it together needs
to get a clue and at least include *some* kind of basic
instructions/information, especially for such a bizzarely setup patch.
I'd recommend avoiding it until it's set up and/or documented
properly.
