GPL steer ratio of 30:1 and more avail for ovals

Someone posted last year about altering the steer ratio in GPL for some
reason, well i have altered it to more suit oval racing.

Opinions invited as to if you think this should be allowed for on line
racing?

Sample setup files with the ratio altered would be available from me for
all to use if you think its an OK idea.
