Hi,
  Sorry about the lost reply. Appeared on the Gateway 2000 newsgroup,but
not here.
  Yes, the fix did bring out some racing sounds, but not all. Under
20mph if I go into the pits, it starts squealing too.
  Disappointing knowing what it could be like.......
