I got the custom setup to work.  What you have to do is make sure your
selection is number 1 on the list (in other words remove all other controllers
from the box).  This SHOULD work but then again its Windows so you never really
know.  BTW this way you can calibrate the paddles as an axis (only one
directional) as opposed to a button as per the original Sprint drivers (well,
mine anyways).
