MTM2 is an arcader, but with a goof driving model that falls on the
more relistic end of the scale (kind of like NFS1 did). I think the
driving model is good enought that "serious simmers" will enjoy it
too.

Good. And this IS THE LAST communication you will get from me, so we don't
continue to waste people's time. Actually, go ahead and have the last word.
I AM NOT backpedaling on my comments in my original post in the slightest.
Re-read it with a cool head. I know who posted the vulgar comments.I am not
going to say who it is. I clearly stated why in my original post. How many
times do I have to repeat myself? If you want to continue to claim yourself
as the accused, that's your choice and there's nothing I can do about that.

Another example of someone at r.a.s. trying to insult my intelligence level.
<applause>

>who has such courage of his convictions that he's posting anonymously
>from DejaNews. He learned, after all his accusations, that he was wrong.
>You are wrong, and I hope you've learned.

I've learned nothing from you.

Again, I have nothing to apologize for in my original post. NOTHING. Re-read
it. You know what I will apologize for? If, in the past, I have ever
intentionally or unintentionally, dropped to your level and insulted you, or
anyone else at r.a.s., then I'm sorry. I may have. I remember I
unintentionally, by not wording my statement clearly, insulted Ken, and I
apologized to him. Maybe I've done it again but not intentionally.

Those messages appeared on 3/29. Anyone remember who referred readers of
r.a.s., about a week after those vulgar messages appeared, some with forged
names of real people, to go and look at them and provided the link? That
person must of enjoyed them and certainly wasn't too offended by them, or
else why would he refer us all to read the posts.

I've grown bored (never did interest me in the slightest) with the nonsense
directed at me, and others at r.a.s. I'll continue to enjoy the auto sim
talk.

Yep, I posted the URL and told people that if they thought it was nuts
in this NG, they ought to have a look at the total insanity going on in
Apex. Those messages were posted by anonymous user(s) hiding behind
faked names. That's one way to be irresponsible and gutless. Another way
is to not have the maturity to admit you're wrong when you quite plainly
*are*.

I'm wrong a lot. I apologize a lot. I don't make accusations that I know
to be untrue. I'm no saint, and I freely acknowledge my all-too-human
frailties. On the net, we are all nothing but words -- if you can't
stand by your words, then you're just plain nothing.

LOL. Many say this place should be like Disneyland. La de dah..... I
think one of the main purposes of this place is to try to represent the
various sims in the right light. The current example is Mr Mak who has
basically given the impression to the uninformed that GPL is a load of
***and the *** he has consequently taken thus puts GPL back in a
good light. And to me, that's a good thing. If you let people come in
here and talk nonsense and get away with it then the whole place loses
credability. Sometimes there is little choice but to be rude. Besides,
what sort of wimps would we be otherwise. MEN, GROW UP!

I must say Dave that it seemed painfully obvious to me that you were
refering to Bart. And Btw, CPR is dead. Just let it sleep. I am now
paying it the ultimate insult by showing no interest in it whatsoever!
GPL is here!

Call me insane Mr Physcho, but wouldn't this mean an NG with no
replies? No, of course not. We could reply with something like

"Oh hiya, I'd just like to say that I don't entirely agree with your
point of view:) But don't get me wrong - I still think your a REALLY
wonderful person :))) Sorry, I gotta go now because my mother/wife
want's me to*** the sludge out from under her toe nails. Cya later
hon. Hugs and kisses"

Now Mr Physcho, this would make your day right? And fit in with your
educated ideal view of proper human behavior yes?***off!

: I have been exceptionally patient with your obnoxious pig-headedness,
: but this is WAY beyond the last straw. You will post a public apology to
: me, in this NewsGroup, recanting these base, malicious, and PROVABLY
: false accusations within 3 days time, or I will continue to pursue the
: matter through all appropriate channels, including the FCC -- something
: neither your ISP or the server carrying the Apex website is likely to
: find a cheerful prospect.

Ahahahahah!  There's little that amuses me more than a long-winded guy
who claims he's gonna sic someone's ISP and the FCC on someone else.

While I could not care less about who said what and where, this threat
is just ***ing hilarious.  As are the other occasional threats of this
ilk that are seen.  What a crock.
