Will you ever take any actions against illegal drivers on
HAWAII????   Every month we get these news letters about
all the information we have on the drivers but you never
kick anyone off or publish a list of illegal drivers.

Why!!!!

We certainly do not approve of cheating at the IVGA so
why does PAPYRUS allow it to continue????
