IndyCar Racing Simulation Series '95

by ICRS' » Fri, 10 Mar 1995 16:24:17

This is being posted for the benefit of those of you that may still be unaware
of the return of the INdyCar Racing Sim series (ICRS).  Now in its third
season, ICRS takes the next step.

ICRS-III will follow the PPG IndyCar World series all season long, thus it's
new name for this year, ICRS'95.  Key elements in the series include:

 * 4 separate divisions (based on a skill and PC power)
 * More than 16 titles to be awarded.
 * Basic weather settings are based on the actual races.
 * Standard PPG scoring system
 * Mailing List (discussion group) to stay in touch with fellow participants
 * Two-driver teams
 * more

Registration for participation began March 7, 1995 and the complete season is
still open, as the first race will begin March 19th.

A Web site has been created expressly for this series, and any interested
parties can point their browsers to:

      http://www.racesimcentral.net/~sabata/icrs/index.html

There you will find the current Rules, Schedule, Roster or Registered
Participants and most importantly, the Registration form.

The Web site is always updated first, before any other (including ICRS'
Eastern headquarters on America Online, keyword: ICRS)  If neither of these is
an option for you, and you would still like to participate, and you have ftp
access, you can grab the rules and an ASCII registration form at:

      ftp.webcom.com/sabata/www/files/icrs/

All three locations include instructions on how to join the ICRS'95 mailing

See ya at the track!

to be very large, and quite diverse.
