Let me tell you, get up a head of steam going toward T1 and hit that last
segment of fence. My car went 300+ feet into the air with fire spewing
everywhere.... looked like the Challenger disaster. When the car landed...I
was upright behind the pits in the middle of the field. Started my tour of the
sim-world. Pretty interesting. Gotta get lucky and land on all fours so you
can navigate. In the replay the engine was on fire upon initial fence impact
and as the car neared its apex (300') vertical, the fire separated from the car
and continued upward for another 100' then as the car was about 100' from
hitting the ground the fireball continued its flightpath back to the rear of
the car. Just an interesting piece of info about the glidepath capabilities of
the car :)
