GP3 2000 needs original cd: error

Hi,

I saw other msgs about GP3 and the error when starting GP3, an error that I
also have.
The only way to avoid this is a new installation of GP3? And further it
seems to me, that GP3 writes a folder or file in the TEMP dir, and when that
is killed, then GP3 ask about the orinal cd.
Can anyone confirm this?
