In fact, it's still down.
Check www.theuspits.com and you'll receive a page saying:
It has been much longer than 24 hours though.

14 Feb - The Scoop...
Ok, here's the whole scoop on the Daytona tracks. They are designed to
work with only the demo, but as Papy should have forseen, enterprising
track authors can make it work in N3 and NL. Having said that, we've
had people ask us about posting the track, and where it's available,
ect. It is ONLY available from Daytona Motor Speedway. There is a demo
for both NASCAR 3 and NASCAR Legends on the cd. You can also purchase
it direct from ISC by clicking on this link (you want the Daytona 500
program) or by calling 1-(800)600-2280. However, note that there is no
guarantee that you will get a program, as track sales take priority.
And on that note, we will say this...posting this track on the 'net IS
illegal, do not come to an illogical conclusion that because the CD is
a 'demo' that it can be posted for free. And before anyone ELSE asks
us...NO, we will not send it to anyone (we don't even have a copy
ourselves yet) and NO, we will NOT post it.
Told ya :)
