"Real-time" car shadows in GPL!

I havent seen this topic to be discussed in this forum before, but there is
a way to get better shadows in GPL. All you have to do is to manualy change
a grapichs option in the player.ini-file. Open the file in
c:/Sierra/Gpl/Player/"your name"/  with Notpad and look for this line:

[ Graphics ]
shadows = 1

Change the number 1 to a 2 and start GPL. After that will you get some
realtime renderd shadows under your car!

It looks a bit better than the prepainted shadows we all are used to, but
there is some glitches visible if you get airborne. The new shadows reminds
me a lot of the shadows you can get in Quake2.

I have only tried this on a V2 SLI system, but I think it will work on all
graphics-cards. But it will cost you a few FPS thou...
