N4 Online & whiners/wieners

Hello from a longtime reader/lurker...

I have raced N4 offline since the release and have recently moved online.
After a few sessions I have increased my SW and SS to 5 so I can get in some
4-10 and 5-10 races. (hoping to get more racing and less dodging)

In a 4-10 Daytona race, after 7 laps of braking & keeping in draft & some
jockeying for position, the car in front of me goes high in between turns 1
& 2. I stick my nose under his LR. I am still on the banking, above the
inside line, not touching the apron. He comes back down, touches me and
spins.

Next, my screen is filed with this guy's tirade, including statements like
"hope you enjoyed racing 327, you're getting reported!" WTH???

After getting knocked out in a wreck 3 laps later, (does my car have a
bullseye on it?) I check the replay and confirm the cause of his wreck. But,
he's long gone. My wife was chuckling in the background as I'm reviewing the
replay & saying "WTH was that guy talking about???". It's only a game(yeah
right).

My question is: Does Papy review replays or just act on complaints? My
interpretation of intentional wrecking is running up someone's bumper or the
obvious demo-derby guys. I always try to race clean, but things happen
sometimes. Or is this guy just a whiner/wiener?

Thanks for letting me vent. See you online soon! (jjleonard in N4)

Yeah, they're out there. I had one race (Daytona or 'dega, can't
remember) where I helped this guy come back from half a lap down to
within just a few seconds of the leader. Out of nowhere he tells me to
go low to pass him. I figure he just wants to let me get in front to see
if we are faster that way (I was not paying attention to the fact that
there were about 4 laps left). So I go by, then with about 2 to go (and
me still blissfully unaware of the laps left), he announces he's going
low to pass me. Confused, and not really looking to fight for a spot at
that point, I let him go. He then proceeds to weave all over the track
in front of me! We get the white flag, and I take a few looks, but he
cuts me off each time. Now, I'm not saying you can't block on the last
lap, but this was ridiculous. Anyway, I got a run on him coming out of
turn 4, stuck my nose underneath him, and didn't back out. He came
across my front, and went spinning into the infield. Then the tirade
began. He claimed that, since I was not up to his door, I was supposed
to back off. Now, I might accept that if it were the case that I was
taking his line, but he had no line! He just came down on me on purpose.

The m***of the story, I guess, is that different folks have different
ideas of what racing is. Oh, and the other m***(as I've heard) is
"join a league." ;^)

Accidents happen, they look for intentional wreckers.
