Ok... it's in beta now, and we're all sending our money to the phone company
for calls to Boston.

So, what's in the future?  When it becomes a pay service, will more phone
numbers be added?  How many?  And how much are they planning to charge?

At E3 last month, we announced the future for Hawaii... NASCAR has
sanctioned us as their 13th & newest division -- the NASCAR Racing
League. "Hawaii" is the prototype for NRL.

NRL will use NASCAR Racing 2 which is due out this Christmas.  It will
feature the user pickup races & user created series races that Hawaii
now offers.  It will also feature fully sanctioned NRL series races.
Without getting into all of the details, NRL series will be as close
to the other 12 NASCAR divisions as possible  Users will actually join
NASCAR & become licensed drivers.  NRL series will be run like Winston
Cup

We ave not announced specifics about NRL yet... like pricing, release
date, "how to connect", etc.  However, you can feel pretty confident
that we will have local access number for everyone.

The complete press release for NRL & NASCAR Racing 2 can be found at
NASCAR.COM & SIERRA.COM.

So basically, until Nascar 2 and NRL come out, Hawaii will be long
distance?

Ed, do you have any indication from NASCAR as to sanctioning fees and
procedures for those who will wish to become a member of the new
division?

As always, thanks for the help.

We actually haven't figured out what, if anything, we would charge for
joining NRL. There probably will be some small annual fee, but we
aren't sure yet.
