To Papyrus: Can the minimum # of racers be tuned in Hawaii

At 6:00 am EST, I was among the last 5 hawaii beta testers :-) and we
had to quit since the minimum number required was set at 6.
We tried nominating new races, different tracks, all getting in the
same chat group, etc.  Nothing worked :-(
The previous night, I think I remember it was set at 5.
I understand the logic of setting a minimum number.  Can it be tuned
for off peek hours when the last 5 willing racers might be turned away
because of a minimum of 6.

Sorry... our fault.  The minimum user levels will be more reasonable.
