Flamebait claim that NASCAR Racing 2 will beat Grand Prix 2
A young poster declared that GP2 sucked and NASCAR Racing 2 would rule, inviting responses. Most replies mocked him or called it flamebait. Papyrus's Adam Levesque suggested waiting to judge NASCAR 2 on its own merits and said he hoped people would buy both games.

Not true.
Nascar 2 will probably be good, but GP2 does not suck. You however,
do, although only when a goat is in the vicinity.

I don't think GP2 SUCKS, I think it's a pretty good game. NASCAR Racing 2 will definately
kick ass though!!!!

Tom,
Why don't we wait until NASCAR 2 comes out and evaluate it on its own
merits. I really don't think we need to compare which product is better.
I think Geoff does great racing games....I think we do great racing
games...period. What I hope is that people by both games, because they're
going to be/are excellent products.

Anyway as well the true greats
of motor racing were fast in any form they took up. Seems like a good
thing to try and imulate.

I believe I can translate this. <Ahem>
``I only recently found this newsgroup, and to my dismay
the traffic there was primarily orderly, enthusiastic,
and enjoyable. As I am just entering my ***age years,
my testosterone levels are far too high for this situation
to be amenable to me. Further, I am currently feeling
deprived of attention, either favorable or no. Therefore,
I offer this tasty morsel of bait flambee in the hopes that
someone, somewhere will indicate that my actions, words, or
life in general has affected them.
T.W.
P.S. Please visit my homepage, as each tick of my "hits"
counter is further validation of the above.''

Original poster had no reasoning, unless you consider pure flame-bait as
a reason.

I think this is the case with Tom W. If you do a whois, you will find
out that this account belongs to a Cathy Wardell.

Now the only question burning in our minds before we get back on the
track is....How exactly did you become so well versed in the language
employed by our original poster...? ;)
Cheers!
