F1C Leagues - How well do they work?

by Jame » Wed, 24 Dec 2003 07:21:12

Hi everyone,

I was wondering, are there any F1 Challenge leagues out there being run?  I
ask, because I was wondering how they are run, and how successful they are
online?

I am thinking of joining a league, or maybe starting up my own and would
like to know how well it works online for racing, league admin etc..?

Are there any good ones out there that I could check out?  URLs?  I'm in
Australia

Thanks,

James

Some of the regulars here have run some races online in F1C.  I have never
been in one with more than 6 people.  There is a hitch when people join, but
after that it is smooth.  Some warpage, but no worse than any other sim.

Try ESRL: European Sim Racing League:

http://www.esrl.de/

Runs several online and offline series all based in Mods for F1C, some
Australian guys there too.
