GPL: Advice on Oval setups please?

Seeing as there seems to be no available setups for the "converted" GPL
Ovals to download, I was wondering if someone could just help point me in
the right direction for creating my own setups for these tracks.  I'm
thinking specifically of the ratio settings but any help in other areas
would be appreciated.
