I just downloaded some F1RC setups from bhmotorsports, and would like to
try them out.  Can anyone explain to me exactly in what folder to place
them?  (These particular setups are for Suzuka.)

Thanks!

No problem! Just copy them down your directory
"X:\F1Racing\Save\GM_1999\*course*\Mecasets - not to forget to put instaed
the X your real Drivename and instead of the *course* the Name of the
course, which are the setups for, for example
"D:\F1Racing\Save\GM_1999\Hockenheim\Mecasets and then try to beat my best
lap of 1:40:559 - with no driving aids, no ABS, no automatic at all... All
you need is just a heart of a german Autobahn-Ace and a lotta courage to
lower your wings down to 0.5 degrees...

You're welcome!!!

can't speak for F1rc, but in GP3 i can lap below 1m40 with high downforce
setups. the twisty bits at the end go for just long enough that you can make
up the lost time on the straights :)

You should add about 22 degees to that wing and make your life a lot easier.
:-)
Just did a 1:35 even though I totally screwed up the last chicane. There's
still another sec to gain in both the first and third sectors.

Dave, it's interesting  though to note that in real life, the cars run with
very low downforce at Hockenheim.  Great race last weekend!

Yep, I enjoyed that race. I think I only have 4 degrees of win on my
Hockenheim setup in F1RC. The car gets a little squirrely just like the real
ones do under heavy braking into the chicanes.
