New TPTCC Version?

I see on Blackhole and RSC that they say a new version is out. They say it's
version 2.3, but I've been running V2.3 for a few months now. Is this really
a new version, and is it really V2.4?

New TPTCC Version?

   Jan posted some previews of v2.4 this past week at theuspits.com in
their forums.  As of yesterday, it had not been released.
I just checked the TPTCC website and it still only has v2.3 available.
v.2.4 will include the night racing feature(hacked night lights--not true
dynamic lighting)  They are still working on full damage.
