Hawaii: See How You're Doing

A tip for the people that wonder just what it takes to run up front in
Hawaii.  After running your race on Hawaii and signing off, just call up
the RECORDS.TXT file in the directory of the track in which you have raced.

This file will contain the records of any race opponent, AI or human.
Just compare your best time with the opp best time and see what you need
to improve by.

For example, I just started at Michigan.  KOZ had pole of 190something.
Then the other night DaveK had fast lap of 190somethingalittlebetter.
When I compared my best (32.8) to DaveK (32.2) I knew I had to improve,
but not by too much since I had more fuel than I needed for this
particular race.

I'll keep improving my car and line and then maybe even I can drive it up
front.  ;)
