I'd venture a guess to say that people would generally recommend only
2 racing sims (maybe 3) that are worth buying:
World Circuit <F1GP>
IndyCar Racing
<Bill Elliott's NASCAR Challenge>...dated but the best NASCAR sim
available..
: And were can i find them in south of the USA?
They should be wherever you usually purchase computer games.
: I just bought one from Microprose, WorldCircuit or something
: like that..its great.. although I expected to find the real names
: of the pilots.. there are some fake names..:(
The names can be easily changed from the Driver Selection menu, and
there are editing programs available that let you:
-paint the cars any way you want
-change the computer car engine HP
-change the computer car tire grip
-change your own tire grip
So you can make the game pretty realistic.
IMO Indycar is more realistic as far as portraying the physics of a
race car, but it has unrealistic (for me anyway) hardware req'mnts for
decent play. IMHO World Circuit is more playable but I'm sure people
will disagree..:) I do recommend both highly! I don't recommend
paying good money for Bill E's Nascar though..unless you can't stand
to do without a NASCAR sim right now..
: By the way.. do u think F1 cars are better than Indy's?
F1 cars are better at most things than IndyCars but at such an
outrageous price they should be! As far as the racing goes, Indycar is
more competitive IMO but F1 still provides that "sporting spectacle"
:)
